It comes from Greek onama , onamat- (name) and -poios (making). -Poios comes from the Greek word poiein (to make) and developed into Greek onomatopoiia (word-making) and in the late 16th century developed into late Latin onomatopoeia , the word we use today. This is Luna's first Christmas, and I'm excited to see how she reacts. I'll be sure to post a video of her reaction on my YouTube channel, and here, and share her ridiculous fluffy amazingness with everyone!!
